InSleeps is educational software. It is not a medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or financial service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

1. Educational and informational only

Everything in the course, the journal and the AI guide is provided for education and general information. It is not personalised professional advice, and it should not be treated as such. If you have a health concern, consult a doctor or another appropriately qualified professional.

2. No medical or psychological service

We are not doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists or sleep clinicians, and no interaction with InSleeps creates a clinical relationship. We do not make diagnoses, we do not treat conditions, and nothing in the product should be used to postpone or replace seeking care.

Talk to a professional before starting if you have, or think you may have, a diagnosed sleep disorder (including insomnia, narcolepsy or sleep apnoea), a psychiatric or neurological condition, an anxiety or panic condition, a history of psychosis or dissociation, or if you are taking medication that affects sleep. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line — InSleeps is not an emergency service and no one monitors it in real time.

3. What the practices involve

Lucid-dreaming techniques often involve deliberately interrupting or paying close attention to sleep. For some people this can mean lighter or more fragmented sleep, vivid or unsettling dreams, or sleep paralysis, which is harmless but can be frightening. If a practice consistently leaves you worse rested or more anxious, stop it. You decide what you try and how far you take it.

4. No guaranteed results

We do not promise that you will have a lucid dream, or that you will have one within any particular timeframe. Outcomes depend on how consistently you practise and on individual differences beyond our control. Experiences described by other users are their own and are not representative or a promise of your results.

5. AI-generated content

The AI guide produces text automatically. It is a software feature, not a person, and it is not reviewed by a human before you see it. It can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent, and it must not be relied on as fact or as professional advice of any kind. Interpretations of dreams are suggestions to think with, not statements about you.

6. Research references

Where we cite research on lucid dreaming, dream recall or sleep, we are describing published findings in general terms in order to explain the reasoning behind the method. Those citations are not a claim that any specific result has been proven for you, and the researchers and institutions named are not affiliated with InSleeps and do not endorse it.

7. Adults only

InSleeps is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over.

8. Your responsibility

You use InSleeps at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions you make or actions you take based on the content. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your statutory rights as a consumer — see our Terms of Service.
