Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and us. Please read them before you buy or use InSleeps. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
1. Who we are

2. What InSleeps is
InSleeps is educational software for working with your own dreams. It consists of:
- “Lucid 1.0” — a 7-night guided course: a video lesson and one practical task for each night, released one night at a time;
- a dream journal in which you record your own dreams, notes and mood, by voice or in writing;
- an AI dream guide that responds to your journal entries, summarises recurring themes and suggests the next practice step.
InSleeps is software. It is not coaching, therapy, counselling or any other human service, no part of it is delivered by a person on your behalf, and you are not buying access to an expert or to a group of experts.
How long each part lasts. The course and your journal are yours for as long as we run InSleeps: lessons you have reached stay open and your entries stay available. The AI features — the guide, dream analysis, voice capture and cross-dream patterns — are provided without usage limits for the seven nights of the course, counted from the day you start it rather than the day you pay. After that period the AI features continue on a limited free allowance. Any paid plan that extends them beyond the course is a separate product, is not included in this purchase, and would be offered to you separately on its own stated terms.
InSleeps is delivered entirely as a digital service over the internet — through the web application and the Telegram bot described in section 6. Nothing is shipped to you physically.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use InSleeps. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. InSleeps is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18.
4. Your access
After payment is confirmed, we send an access link to the email address you provided at checkout. Access is personal to you. You may use InSleeps on your own devices, but you may not share, resell, sublicense or transfer your access to anyone else.
You are responsible for keeping your access link and any credentials confidential, and for everything done through your access. Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you believe your access has been compromised.
5. Price, payment and who sells it
The price of InSleeps is shown on insleeps.com before you order, and the total you see at checkout is the total that is charged. Orders on this site are priced and charged in US dollars.
The purchase of “Lucid 1.0” is a single payment for access that lasts for as long as we operate InSleeps. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. We do operate a separate monthly AI plan, at present in Ukraine only: it is not sold on this site, it is not part of this purchase, and buying the course never starts a recurring charge. If we offer that plan here, its price, billing interval and cancellation method will be stated clearly before you subscribe, and you will be able to cancel it at any time.
Who sells you this. Orders placed through insleeps.com are sold directly by Bohdan Riabchets, Individual Entrepreneur, whose full details are in section 1 and in the footer of every page. We are the seller and the party you contract with, we issue your receipt, and we are responsible for delivering your access, supporting you and honouring the refund promise below.
Who processes the payment. Card payments are processed by plata by mono (Monobank), acting as our payment agent. Your card details are entered on their page and never reach us — we receive only confirmation that the order was paid, the amount, and the last four digits. Orders on this site are charged in US dollars; your bank may convert from your own currency at its rate and may add its own fee, neither of which we control.
We remain responsible for the product itself: delivering your access, running the service, supporting you, and honouring the refund promise in our Refund Policy.
Orders in Ukraine are a separate arrangement. Purchases made in Ukrainian hryvnia through insleeps.com/i1 or the Telegram bot are governed by the Ukrainian public offer rather than by these Terms, are priced in hryvnia, are processed by plata by mono and/or WayForPay, and are delivered inside the Telegram bot. The two routes are never combined in a single order.
6. Delivery and where you can use InSleeps
We deliver access to the email address you enter at checkout, immediately after the payment is confirmed and in any event within 24 hours. If your access has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then email [email protected] — we will resolve it.
Your purchase is usable in two places on a single account:
- the web application at profile.insleeps.com, which runs in any modern browser and requires no installation;
- the Telegram bot, which delivers the same lessons inside Telegram. Your use of Telegram is additionally governed by Telegram’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
Your dream journal, your course progress and your account are shared between them; signing in with the same email address gives you the same account in both.
A native mobile application is in development. It is not part of what you are buying under these Terms, and nothing here should be read as a promise that it will be released, or released by any particular date. If it is released, access for existing buyers will be announced separately.
Neither channel is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. If we retire one of them, we will keep your access available through the other and give you reasonable notice; we will not leave you with no way to reach what you paid for.
7. Refunds and your right to cancel
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The complete terms, including how to request one, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it. By asking us to give you access straight away, you give that consent. This does not affect our own 14-day refund promise above, which we honour regardless.
8. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use InSleeps and its content for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- copy, record, republish, distribute or resell the course materials, in whole or in part;
- share your access with anyone else, or use it on behalf of a group or organisation;
- use InSleeps to build, train or evaluate a competing product or model;
- attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service;
- upload unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
- use the shared space to harass other users, to advertise, or to offer medical, psychological or financial advice to others.
9. Intellectual property
All course materials, text, video, design, software and the InSleeps name remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
The dream entries and notes you write remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host them, show them back to you, and process them through the AI features you choose to use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. AI features and their limits
The AI guide generates text automatically from what you write. It is a software feature, not a person, and it is not supervised in real time by a human. It can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent, and it must not be relied on as a statement of fact or as professional advice of any kind. Use your own judgement, and do not act on an AI-generated suggestion where the consequences matter.
We use third-party AI providers to generate these responses. What that means for your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. No medical or professional advice
InSleeps is educational and informational. It is not a medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, diagnostic or financial service, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.
12. No guaranteed outcome
We do not promise that you will have a lucid dream, or that you will have one within any particular period. What you get out of the practice depends on how consistently you do it and on individual differences we cannot control. Any experiences described by other users are their own and are not a promise of your results.
13. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep InSleeps available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to suspend it temporarily for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
We may improve, add to or change parts of InSleeps over time. We will not remove a material part of what you paid for without offering you a refund of the unused value.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms — for example by sharing or reselling the materials, or by abusing other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we terminate your access for a breach you did not cause, we will refund you fairly.
You may stop using InSleeps at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
InSleeps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with InSleeps is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
16. Complaints
If something is wrong, write to [email protected]. We answer every message and aim to reply within two business days. Billing questions can also be raised with the merchant of record named on your receipt.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force is always the one published at this address, with the date at the top. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to an order you have already placed.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
